   Captn can only be described as fanatical when it comes to chasing fish. With a lifetime of experience in NZ waters, he has accumulated a vast knowledge of local fish and the many ways to target them.  Unlike many charter guides, days off for him mean getting back on the water following the passion for catching and releasing trophy fish and feeding the drive to stay at the top of his game as a sports fishing guide.

   Aboard "Reel Life" you will not only benefit from his up to date knowledge and uncanny ability to put you right on top of great fishing, but you will be looked after in every way, from rigging your equipment and handling your fish boat side, to weighing your trophies and filleting your catch.

   In addition to being a certified skipper, he is also an NZSFC recognised weigh master and can weigh and process your club, NZ or world record claims.

   If its tuition, you want, then he is the man for the job.

Always keen to share knowledge, he takes great pride in helping anglers develop their technique so not only do they catch great fish while aboard, but they leave as better fisherman at the end of the day. There is only one thing that  he likes better than catching a big fish himself and that is watching a pumped up client battle and land their own monster catch.
